BRIDGNORTH CAMERA CLUB

https://www.bridgnorthcameraclub.org.uk

Bridgnorth Camera Club was formed by a group of like-minded photographers in 1952.
Today we have a vibrant membership of around 40 keen amateur photographers of all ages,
interests, skills and styles.
The club is affiliated to the Midland Counties Photographic Federation which, in turn, is
affiliated to the Photographic Alliance of Great Britain.
We have guest speakers, workshops and competitions, as well as organised trips to
photogenic locations.
Images from all genres of photography are presented digitally or in print for our Club and
Inter Club competitions. This encourages members to showcase their very best work, either
to a theme or a subject of their choice. Points are awarded by professional judges
throughout the year.
Genres of photography that are covered include Landscape, Seascape, City Scape, Street,
Architecture, Portrait, Still Life, Nature, Sport, Wildlife, Abstract, Macro and Monochrome.
New members of all abilities are welcome to join the club, where help and advice is always
available.
This is the third year of exhibiting our work, having received a very positive response and
comments from last year’s visitors.
From the interest shown, we have been able to welcome new members, helping to secure
the future of Bridgnorth Camera Club.
